1870 Hand Joinery

In 1870, Charles Knap patented the dovetail machine. The dovetail joint is extremely strong and when perfectly fit and glued by a skilled craftsman, is nearly impossible to break. This collections features dovetail joints and square walnut dowels to create impressively solid pieces.
